I See You/Sit for Awhile SD13
My Self Discovery series explores the inner journeys we undertake and invites reflection on the transformative power of love and nature. Through this group, I aim to illuminate the profound impact that love and nature can have.
I See you box has a girl sitting on the top of the box, and another within a window on the other side. A small glass removable vase opens to a window, and stems can be placed through a hole in the top of the box, into the vase. The words and etchings on the box are achieved through the sgraffito method of applying dark grey slip to the item, and carving through the slip to reveal the design.
